These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Unlocker platform, including our website, tools, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using Unlocker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Who we are?
Unlocker is a platform that allows independent creators to publish paid or free content (such as sports-related insights), and enables subscribers to follow and access such content. Unlocker is operated by Unlocker, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with its registered office at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Unlocker. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.
Nature of the Platform
Unlocker provides:
- Tools for creators to publish and monetize content
- Payment processing (e.g., via Stripe) for purchases
- Digital content delivery to buyers
Unlocker does not:
- Provide betting advice or guarantee outcomes or winnings
- Act as a bookmaker or take bets
Creator Responsibilities
Creators are responsible for their content, pricing, and compliance with applicable laws. Content must not violate our guidelines (e.g., no nudity, hate speech, illegal activity). Creators must maintain a valid Stripe account for payouts. Unlocker may remove or restrict content that violates these terms.
Buyer Responsibilities
By purchasing content, you acknowledge that purchases are for digital content, access is provided after payment, sports outcomes are uncertain, and there is no guarantee of winning. You may not misuse or resell purchased content.
Payments
Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Unlocker does not store full payment details. Creators receive payouts via Stripe Connect. Any platform fees will be disclosed to creators and subscribers.
Refund Policy
Purchases are generally final. Refunds may be considered in specific scenarios (e.g., event cancellation, postponement, technical error). For full details, see our Refund Policy.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Losing picks or dissatisfaction with outcomes
- Change of mind after purchase
- Events that have already started
Platform Availability
Unlocker does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary outages, third-party delays, or loss of revenue due to downtime.
Intellectual Property
Content you post remains yours. By publishing on Unlocker, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and distribute it for platform purposes. Unlocker's branding, software, and design are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unlocker is not liable for losses from sports outcomes, indirect or consequential damages, payment processing delays, or creator misconduct. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, violate payment policies, or conduct unlawful activity. You may request account deletion by contacting sales@unlocker.club.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notices. Continued use of Unlocker constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware.
